Sync engine keeps the data fresh
Scheduled scripts pull from sales channels, SellerLegend, Google Sheets, shipping systems, and MySQL. They write standardized records into Baserow and log run health in MySQL.
Our custom ERP connects sales-channel signals, warehouse records, supplier commitments, manufacturing execution, and a constraint-based planning engine into one dashboard layer a client can run the business from.
It takes raw signals from channels and spreadsheets, standardizes them into live operating tables, runs an optimization solver, and sends the recommended manufacturing, fulfillment, and purchasing plan back into the app.
The result is a repeatable data loop: sync, plan, execute, measure, and improve the next plan.
The left side is incoming data. The center is the operational database and automation. The right side is the user-facing app and decisions.
Scheduled scripts pull from sales channels, SellerLegend, Google Sheets, shipping systems, and MySQL. They write standardized records into Baserow and log run health in MySQL.
Product masters, suppliers, inventory, purchase orders, receiving, manufacturing, fulfillment, BPRs, quality checks, and planner output tables live here.
The solver reads the current operating picture, respects materials and capacity constraints, then writes back the recommended MO, FO, PO, material-flow, and risk tables.
| Input | Processing layer | Output | Business result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, eBay, IHF, ShipStation, SellerLegend | Sync engine and MySQL analytics | Channel sales, inventory, velocity, order, fee, review, and listing tables | Demand and channel health are visible in one place. |
| Product master, BOMs, purchasing, receiving, MO/FO, kitting, liquid bulk sheets | Sync engine scripts | Baserow product, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, fulfillment, and liquid/kitting tables | Spreadsheet-based work becomes governed operational data. |
| Baserow inventory, open POs, open MOs/FOs, demand velocity, supplier and cost context | MRP planner solver | FO Plan, MO Plan, PO Forecast, Parts Material Flow, MO Parts Requirements, weekly health, stockout alerts | Planners get an executable plan, not a static forecast. |
| Receipts, BPRs, cycle counts, schedule locks, production status changes | Custom ERP workflows | Updated Baserow operating records | Human execution feeds the next sync and planning cycle. |
Inventory, purchasing, production, fulfillment, and channel demand are connected instead of spread across disconnected sheets.
Sync logs and health views show whether the latest automation ran and where a stale channel or failed job needs attention.
The planner considers materials, capacity, frozen commitments, batch cadence, safety stock, and channel priorities before recommending action.
