Our custom ERP connects sales-channel signals, warehouse records, supplier commitments, manufacturing execution, and a constraint-based planning engine into one dashboard layer a client can run the business from.

What the system does

It takes raw signals from channels and spreadsheets, standardizes them into live operating tables, runs an optimization solver, and sends the recommended manufacturing, fulfillment, and purchasing plan back into the app.

The result is a repeatable data loop: sync, plan, execute, measure, and improve the next plan.

How to read the diagram

Sync engine keeps the data fresh

Scheduled scripts pull from sales channels, SellerLegend, Google Sheets, shipping systems, and MySQL. They write standardized records into Baserow and log run health in MySQL.

Operations DB

Baserow is the live operating record

Product masters, suppliers, inventory, purchase orders, receiving, manufacturing, fulfillment, BPRs, quality checks, and planner output tables live here.

Planning engine

MRP turns reality into a plan

The solver reads the current operating picture, respects materials and capacity constraints, then writes back the recommended MO, FO, PO, material-flow, and risk tables.
